I have been an HSP my entire life. It hasn’t been easy but I have learned how to emotionally regulate my hypersensitivity and navigate some fairly rough terrain as a wife and mother of seven children (now grown). My sole mission as a clinical therapist is to serve my clients as a “midwife of the soul”. By being present with each of my clients, helping them to develop insight, alchemize their suffering, transmute their trauma into triumph, heal unhealthy relationship patterns, connect to their Higher Self, highlight their inner strengths, and engage in positive behaviors such as unconditional self love and self-compassion, I have seen my clients transform their lives as they participate in the joyful process of birthing the very best of their own soul.

My holistic clinical approach is evidenced-based. I implement trauma care by utilizing EMDR, expressive arts therapy. and many holistic integrative modalities, such as spiritual psychotherapy, mindfulness meditation, selected breathing practices, barefoot grounding exercises and eco-therapy for stress reduction.
